Gate codes, parking instructions, access notes, and non-medical visit preferences.
Payment status, amounts paid, provider earnings, and mock/gateway transaction IDs (card numbers are tokenized by gateway).
Bio, certificates, verification credentials, schedule availability, and travel buffers.

- Performance of Contract: To process booking requests, dispatch specialists, handle cancellations/refunds, and fulfill appointments.
